Built in Plaster Rock

Your building goes together at our Plaster Rock facility, level, plumb and square. Storage buildings take 3 to 4 weeks. Fully finished builds take 2 to 3 months, depending on the build.

Delivered and set

Hauled on our custom shed trailer, craned in where the site calls for it, then blocked and levelled. Balance is due before delivery.

How we build

Level by standard.

The things you can't see once the siding is on are the things we check hardest.

Every building is built square, plumb and level, framed to the Code for the site it's going to, whether it's a storage building or a finished cabin.

Hemlock over house wrap3/4 in hemlock siding nailed to the studs over house wrap on storage buildings. OSB sheathing where the finish calls for it.

Licensed tradesCarpentry overseen by a journeyman carpenter. Electrical and plumbing by licensed trades on every finished build.

Delivery in houseHauled on our custom shed trailer. Anything beyond what it can carry is contracted to licensed, insured movers.

A small crew in Plaster Rock

ET Lux Modular Homes is run by Dustin Quinn, a carpenter with more than ten years in residential, commercial and industrial construction, with Jordan running production and Andrew apprenticing. We build storage buildings, studios and cabins and deliver them across New Brunswick.

ET Lux is built on more than ten years of construction work and business ownership.
